Each limousine has its own rate so the total cost will depend on which limousine is chosen (smaller limos are usually cheaper per hour) and how long the limo is booked. The hourly rates can be found on the Pricing Page.
Weddings and Graduations also have different rates.
Discount may be available during weekdays (Monday-Thursday) and the Off-Season (November-April) so please feel free to ask us.

Yes, all our limousine will come with a fully licensed chauffeur who will make sure you arrive at your destination safely and on time.

Yes, all our limousines have an AUX and/or Bluetooth input. You can bring your own CDs, DVDs or USB’s as well.

We are fully licensed and all our drivers have completed their ProServe training so as long as everyone is 18 years of age or older, alcohol is allowed in the limousines.
If there is anyone under the age of 18, alcohol will not be permitted in the limousine as it is against the law.

No. All our limousines are smoke-and-drug free. Violating these rules will result in termination of service.

There is no hanging out of the windows (this includes hands, arms, legs, etc) or standing out of the sunroofs. Passengers must remain inside the limousine at all times once it is moving.
There is also no fighting inside the limousines or any activity that can harm others or damage the property.

Any damage done to the limo will result in termination of service along with a minimum $200.00 fee depending on the damages.

We service mainly Edmonton and most surrounding areas. We are licensed in all of Alberta and have gone to Banff, Jasper, and even Calgary.
Please contact us directly for information on out-of-town trips.

There is no charge for the wait time.
For a round trip, just let us know the pickup times and the limo will be there.

Unfortunately, we are required to have the rides pre-booked. If you are unsure of the exact time give us an approximate time so we can arrange the driver and make sure it doesn’t interfere with out other bookings. If you will be a little earlier/later than the approximate time given please call us at least 30 minutes before hand to make sure your limo arrives on time.

We require a minimum 2 hour booking for most cases. This can be split as well so you can make the round trip in the limo (to/from the venue).

For Graduations we do have a 3-4 hour minimum as all graduations occur during the same times. Booking one limo for 1 hour during the same time another party is looking to book for 4 hours wouldn’t make sense for us or the other party.

For Weddings we have a 2-4 hour minimum. During the Wedding season (May-October) we require a minimum of 3 hours.

As long as you start/end in Edmonton or the surrounding area you can take the limo any where you’d like to go within the booked time period.

For example: If you booked a limo for 2 hours, say 9 PM to 11 PM: We will arrive to pick you up at 9 PM and you can take us anywhere you want, making as many stop as you want, until 11 PM where we would drop you off at your destination.

To book a limo you can either call in and book over the phone or you can email us and we can send you the booking contract to fill out.

Of course. Give us a call and we can set up a time for you to come by and see any of our limousines.

We do require a deposit for most bookings depending on the date you are looking to book.
The minimum deposit required is $200.00.

The deposit is refundable as long as we are given a two-weeks notice before the booking date.
If you are within the two-week time frame, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

The remaining balance (total cost – deposit) must be paid in full on or anytime before the booking date.

If you are planning on paying cash you can pay the driver when he arrives to pick you up.
And if you are paying using credit card, the existing card on file will be charged a day or two before the booking or you can pay when the driver arrives to pick you up.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and cash.

That will depend on the limos availability and how long the wait time is in-between your pick up times.
In most cases it shouldn’t be a problem. The driver can either keep your belongings up front or in the trunk.

We have a fifteen (15) minute grace period, meaning if you go 15 minutes over your booked time period there is no additional charge.
Once you go over the grace period, rates up to 2x Hourly Rate may be applied as this may affect our other bookings.
